Message from Simon Tyler - Operations Director.
Commenced the company having spent the first 20 years of his working life, working within Security and Facilities/Support Industry. Working at some of the most prestigious contracts and companies. Having worked within these, he saw a gap in the market, where as customers and clients don’t receive the care and service as they should. Most companies start with the perfect customer service but as they expand and grow these services and company expectations drop. Simon has set out to always deliver the service of a family business, with personally mentored Contract Managers placed within each contract as a port of call at anytime the client needs to contact them, with the Contract Managers reporting direct to Simon, he is always aware of issues that need resolving.
Simon understands that each contract is the heartbeat of the company and as a result every contract gets the same service they would expect from a smaller family business.
